Foley to play in Fox's 'Games'

Scott Foley has joined the cast of Fox comedy pilot "The Goodwin Games," from "How I Met Your Mother" vets Carter Bays, Craig Thomas and Chris Harris. Foley, most recently seen on "Grey's Anatomy," will join Becki Newton ("Ugly Betty") in the single-cam laffer about a trio of siblings' chance to inherit a fortune from their father, if only they can heed the idiosyncratic terms of his will.
